Mr. Stratton has been a Director of WEC since 1987. He is the Chairman Emeritus of Briggs & Stratton Corporation since 2003. Prior to that, he was a Chairman from 2001 to 2003; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2001. He also serves as a Director of Baird Funds, Midwest Air Group, and Weyco Group.
