Mr. Payne has been a Director of WEC since 2003. He is the Managing Member of Addison-Clifton since 2004. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club from 2002 to 2003. He was also the Managing Partner of Foley & Lardner in 2002 and a partner from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Payne also serves as a Director of Badger Meter and Midwest Air Group; and Trustee of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
